Break down project into sub-projects to be delivered in different sprints and identify the main modules.
Develop the Project
Work starts on the project and we constantly engage with the customer to get feedback. This helps us to deliver the right product.
Launch the project
After all work is done, its time to launch it for customers to use. Training forms a big part of our pre-launch activity.
